Terms of Service

Ploiwang is a safe space for letting go and caring for your mind. It includes Vanish Modes, Time Capsules, Omikuji, Mirror, Ephemeral Room, and the Writing Guide writing guide.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ploiwang. Users under 20 years of age (minors under Thai law) must obtain parental consent before using the service.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and all activity under your account.

You may use Ploiwang for personal purposes of mental care and letting go.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or systems without authorization.
• Send spam or use the service to harass others.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the software.
• Overload the system or circumvent usage limits.
• Create, store, or distribute illegal content, including defamatory, obscene, or content that violates the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550.

While we do not read your Time Capsule content, we reserve the right to comply with court orders or requests from authorized government agencies, including under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (amended B.E. 2560). Every such disclosure is logged internally and you will be notified by email unless the order itself prohibits disclosure (a court-sealed order). See the privacy policy for details.

Premium membership is billed monthly at ฿99 per month via Stripe. New users can try Premium free for 7 days. A credit card is required to start the trial. After 7 days, billing begins automatically at ฿99 per month. You can cancel at any time through the Billing Portal, both during and after the trial. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

As this is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, the 7-day cancellation right under the Electronic Transactions Act does not apply to digital services that have already commenced. We do not offer refunds for used billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. AI-powered features (Omikuji, Mirror, writing guide, Echo, Room, Mend, weekly summaries, the Open Up filter step, and Daily Zen) generate content for reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, or financial advice. Please use your own judgment.

Content you create (Time Capsules) belongs to you. We do not read, analyze, or share your capsule content. Content in Vanish features is processed in your browser only and is never stored.

Feedback submitted through the Voice form is voluntary and anonymous. By default we store only your message and rating. If you check "Allow as testimonial" we may quote your message (attributed to the display name you enter, or "Ploiwang user" if left blank) on our website or marketing materials. You can request deletion of your feedback at any time by contacting [email protected] with enough detail to identify the entry.

When you post, comment, or reply in, your message passes through an AI filter before publishing — most words remain your own, and AI only rewrites the message when profanity, risky language, or personal data is detected. You must confirm the content before it goes live. At the confirm step, you may optionally attach a self-declared mood tag (e.g. weary / sad / relieved) — the tag appears alongside your post and helps shape how others respond to it. Everything is shown anonymously (using a avatar) and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Post owners cannot leave a top-level comment on their own post, but may reply to each comment once. Regular users may leave 3 comments per 6 hours (5 for Premium members). To preserve mindful posting, if you run the filter on the same draft more than 5 times in a row, the system pauses for 10 minutes before letting you try again. You can delete your own posts or hide other people's posts from your own view at any time.

To keep the space calm and safe, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or attack any person or group, whether identified or not.
• Disclose other people's personal information (real names, phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, etc.).
• Advertise, solicit sales, or post promotional links.
• Publish illegal content or material that violates the Computer Crime Act.
• Glorify or encourage self-harm or harm to others.
• Attempt to bypass the AI filter step (e.g., prompt injection) or any usage limits.

Users can report inappropriate content. We may hide posts that violate the guidelines, suspend posting privileges temporarily or permanently, and — in serious cases — suspend the account entirely. All reports are confidential with respect to the reported party. Our moderation decisions are final.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

Ploiwang is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
